Do you deliver nationwide across South Africa?
Yes — we deliver to all major cities and towns via courier. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Johannesburg and Pretoria orders placed before 2pm are often delivered the next day.
What is the minimum age to purchase?
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Exotic Exhale. We strictly comply with South African regulations and reserve the right to cancel orders or request age verification at any time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 1 day of delivery. Client to notify us immediately, with images of the unopened product.
Bulk pricing?

How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Orders can be changed or cancelled before dispatch. If changed before dispatch, pricing will be updated. Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled, nor changed but may qualify for a return after delivery.
